The Last Chapter Together

Navigating Aging, Love, and Letting Go

November 12 - 14, 2026 | Golden, CO

Aging isn't the end of your story.
It may be the beginning of its most meaningful chapter.

There comes a moment when life begins asking different questions.

Who am I becoming now?

What truly matters?

How do I let go with peace instead of fear?

How do I honor the life I've lived while remaining fully alive for the years ahead?

The Last Chapter Together is a deeply experiential 2½-day workshop designed to help you explore aging with intention, wisdom, connection, and heart.

Whether you're entering elderhood yourself, caring for aging parents, supporting older adults professionally, or simply recognizing that every year offers an invitation to grow, this workshop offers a compassionate space to navigate one of life's most profound transitions.

What You'll Explore

Over two and a half immersive days, you'll engage in meaningful conversations, experiential exercises, reflection, and authentic connection as you explore:

Navigate the Journey

Discover how to meet the changes, choices, and challenges of aging with greater awareness, resilience, and intention.

Celebrate Loving

Honor the relationships that have shaped your life—including partners, family, friendships, and the relationship you have with yourself.

Embrace Letting Go

Learn how releasing what no longer serves creates space for greater presence, gratitude, and freedom.

Connect. Share. Grow.

Experience the healing power of community in a supportive environment where listening, laughter, vulnerability, and wisdom are welcomed.

A Different Kind of Workshop

This is not a lecture.

It is not simply information.

It is an experience.

Led by four elder Gestalt therapists with more than 200 years of combined experience, this workshop blends:

  • Experiential learning

  • Group dialogue

  • Personal reflection

  • Clinical insight

  • Relational practice

  • Community connection

In true Gestalt tradition, the facilitators don't simply teach these principles—they live them.

They model what it means to practice aging consciously by bringing awareness to the body, relationships, meaning, purpose, grief, mortality, and the unfolding process of becoming.

Together, you'll explore how the "last chapter" is not something waiting in the future—it is being written every day.

This Workshop Is For You If...

  • You're entering the later chapters of life and want to embrace them with purpose rather than fear.

  • You're wondering what comes next after retirement, career changes, or major life transitions.

  • You're supporting aging parents or loved ones and seeking deeper understanding.

  • You're a therapist, coach, caregiver, or helping professional working with older adults.

  • You want to cultivate greater peace with change, loss, and mortality.

  • You long for meaningful conversations that rarely happen in everyday life.

  • You believe the later years can hold extraordinary growth, wisdom, and joy.

Because the truth is...

We are all aging.

The question isn't if.

The question is how.
